I booked a ticket from Jammu to Srinagar and it was under process. when I contacted customer care , the lady was very rude. it's a hell on earth . don't book any ticket from there app or site. They don't know how to talk . she is telling why you chooses ticket in short span of time , it's technical issue I can't do anything. Good to hell all you people this was first and last time.

The recent update is full of bugs. I have a working 4G internet connection but this update first asks to check latest version (the forced upgrade) though there is none. Then throws up internal error message and then does nothing. Did they employ dishonorably dropped out coders for this upgrade? There seem to be no sense of error (or exception) handling in them. Nor any idea of programming logic. Since there is no update, you uninstall it hoping to get it work after reinstalling. No such thing.

While booking ticket with GST, app will slow down and will not allow you to book the ticket, it's a bug which needs to be fixed. Another problem is at the time of the payment sometimes it gets stuck, then I have to close the app and do the booking all over again. Rest, the best value you can get for your flight booking. I hope the developers look into these issue.
